Season Seven... How much longer?

Seven seasons ago America was introduced to a sitcom called The Office.  Most of us know that it is based off of a British sitcom that goes by the same name.The first couple seasons of the American version of The Office are identical to the British version but unlike the the British version, the American version has lasted much longer than just a few seasons. Americans have faithfully stuck by the sitcom and continue to watch it season after season. We all followed Jim and Pam's relationship from beginning to end, watched as Michael embarrassed himself episode after episode and laughed at every prank played on Dwight. The show and its characters are all very relatable and thats one of the main reasons I think that the American viewers have kept on for so long. The characters themselves are the reason most people continue to watch the NBS show each week but what if one of them were to leave... will the American public still be as in love with the show as they are presently? Although each episode still delivers its laughs the episodes have become a bit less interesting and sometimes even boring and now that Steve Carrell is claiming this season to be his last will The Office lose its spirit?It has not been announced as the last season of The Office but many  series don't last much longer than this one. I would like for The Office to continue to deliver my weekly laughs but with the way things are looking one of America's favorite sitcoms may be coming to an end much quicker than many of us expected it to.
